Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…
Today’s read is about 3-4 minutes. Post read pondering not included. Trust is such an underutilised and misunderstood part of many working relationships. I’m not sure there is a case for yelling at people in an office environment, but we should be able to be honest and direct with people when we have established agreements. Most importantly, there needs to be mutual trust. How strong are your relationships with your colleagues?
Last week’s riddle question and answer; I get hot but never sweat, I cook food but am not a chef, I have a door but you cannot enter, I have a light but I am not a lamp… an Oven (I did accept microwave too).
This week’s riddle is; What do you have when you’re sitting down that you don’t have when you’re standing up?
Time for a moment to reflect, I think.
