Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…

Today’s read is about 4-5 minutes. Post-read pondering not included. I read recently that 100 years ago, we had about half a gigabyte (GB) of information input a day, and plenty of time through the day to reflect on it. Today, its about 20 times that, at 10 GB a day. Plus in our downtime, we add more info, not pause and reflect. Maybe put the phone down and just daydream this weekend…
