Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…
Today’s read is about 2-3 minutes. Post-read pondering not included. A bit out of the norm today. I attended an event at the Fiona Wood Foundation this week, where Professor Wood spoke about what she wants to achieve in the future. What an amazing woman, and I am forever grateful to her and her team after my own burn injury. She referenced research where chemists have managed to uncook an egg, and how she wants to build on that research to “unburn a burn”. It reminded me how incredible people can think, and how we link ideas that can lead to unbelievable breakthroughs. Imagine the help to the healing process if there were a way to reverse the damage to burnt skin proteins. I found an article about the discovery.

Last week’s riddle question and answer; What has no voice but sings, no lungs but can cry, and no life but can die? A violin
This week’s riddle is; What is always there but never seen?
Time for a moment to reflect, I think.
