Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…
Today’s read is about 3-5 minutes for the first article, 2-3 minutes for the second (plus a 90 second video). Post-read pondering not included. This might be old news for some of you, especially the Agile people. I’ve been talking with people about personal effectiveness lately, and have found very few people who use this. Moreover, I am astonished at how many people are trying to shoehorn 15 hours of work into a 9 hour day, and then being down on themselves for not getting enough done. I have loved this method for a while. Especially because I have other people putting things into my calendar, so I have needed a way to protect my time. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this process.
