Today’s read is about 4-5 minutes. Post-read pondering not included. I believe that, like most things, these need to be used in moderation. (I dislike watching interviews where every answer starts with “That’s a good question”). Use it like seasoning, sprinkle a bit here and there and it will serve you well.
