Friday Reflections 3107

Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…
Today’s read is about 2-3 minutes if you just read about the quote, if you read more about Carnegie, 5-6 minutes. Post-read pondering not included. Have you ever tried to convince someone of a different point of view, and make no progress even when you have used the clearest logic? It’s called Belief Perseverance, and is what makes dealing with other people both fascinating and frustrating. Developing the ability to hold both your current beliefs as well as be open to others is the mark of an emotionally intelligent person. What do you get stuck on? What does changing your thinking do to your identity? Can you shift?
Last week’s riddle question and answer; I’m always ahead of you but can never be caught. What am I? The Future
This week’s riddle is;  I grow when shared, shrink when ignored, and disappear when neglected. What am I?
Did you know? Should you ever want to look back on old versions of these, you can find them here https://www.illuminategroup.com.au/blog
Time for a moment to reflect, I think.
