Lucy is passionate about transforming organisational culture to create measureable business results. She has been involved in the work of leadership development for over seven years and her applied knowledge has establish Lucy as an engaging facilitator and authentic coach. She partners with businesses and empowers leaders to enable performance step changes in their teams. Her experience across the mining, aviation, manufacturing, retail and professional services industries has equipped her with a unique ability to adapt, interpret and successfully work with a range of diverse individuals. Lucy spends much of her free time in a voluntary leadership role supervising personal development courses. She also organises events for professionals in the Perth Learning community to enable knowledge sharing and build opportunities for life-long learning. Lucy is well known as an inspiring, knowledgeable and effective facilitator.
