Illuminate's Coaching Program is designed to be tailored to the needs of the participant, with input from both their Manager and the Illuminate Performance Coach. Our Performance Coaches will work with the participant and their Manager to identify clear and measurable key objectives, discuss the use of psychometric tools and develop a clear coaching plan.

Leadership and Management Coaching
Leadership and Management coaching is requested by an employer with the intent of supporting or guiding an individual to develop their skills, performance and career within the company. Leadership and Management coaching can be arranged as a supportive professional development program with objectives that support an individual develop in their leadership role, or, can focus more specifically on addressing key concerns or behaviours with clear expected outcomes.
Our Consultants work with the employer to identify the coaching objectives, expected outcomes and develop a coaching summary report which will highlight engagement, progress and ongoing recommendations to assist the employer in providing ongoing support or management requirements.
Leadership and Management Coaching focuses on identification of goals, which may include aspects of:
