Today’s read is about 5-7 minutes. Post read pondering not included. I ran a course this week about thinking. How we think, how we make sense of things we know (like Chat-GPT does) but also how we make sense of things we don’t know. That’s where humans have the leg-up at the moment. Being able to generalise something enough until it falls into a realm of something we do understand. It’s a nifty ability that makes us adaptable. If the soothsayers do end up being correct, and we fall into a dystopian nightmare, having practiced this ability to think novelly might aid our survival…
