Today’s read is about 7-9 minutes (or a 9 min listen).Post-read pondering not included. I fell down a rabbit hole this week exploring the value of practicing mindfulness. Andy Puddicome founded Headspace, the mindfulness app. While I don’t use that app myself (I use a free one), I do subscribe to the value of practicing daily mindfulness, especially when we feel like we don’t have time or don’t feel like it. It’s not just something we should do when we feel stressed or need to relax – it’s something we should do when we feel great, to build our resilience and improve self-awareness.
