Friday Reflections 2010

Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…

Today’s read is about 3-4 minutes. Post read pondering not included. A quick one this week. This really resonates with me. As someone who has had the good fortune to see the inside of a lot of organisations, I really do see where ownership and responsibility play a pivotal role in a team’s well-being, as well as success. It takes a lot of energy to be constantly looking over your shoulder and trying to avoid the next barrage of drama.

Last week’s riddle question and answer; What building has the most stories? Lots of correct guesses – Yes, a library

This week’s riddle is;  A house is surrounded by a five-foot-high wall. Its front door can only be reached by a path, which you enter from the main gate. An attack dog is leashed to a tree in the garden, with enough slack in the leash for the dog to reach the path. A delivery driver arrives with a package. The delivery driver is going to have to walk down the path, but cannot risk getting attacked by the dog. How do they deliver the package to the front door safely?

Time for a moment to reflect, I think.
