Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…
Today’s read is about 6-8 minutes. Post read pondering not included. I enjoy (most of the time) having something I once believed true, challenged. I realise some people will find that very uncomfortable. I find it a good reminder to be constantly curious, and open-minded. This article caught me napping; I’ll admit I was one of those “people who accepted what they were told”. It’s a challenging situation though, we can’t all conduct our own brain research, or even service our own cars these days. We have to trust experts and yet keep a healthy level of scepticism, being open to new perspectives and discoveries. I wonder where the research will lead us next?
Last week’s riddle question and answer; Two legs I have, and this will confound, only at rest do they touch the ground. What am I? – lots of good guesses, but no one said Wheelbarrow. A few people kicking themselves now though.
This week’s riddle is; We hurt without moving. We poison without touching. We bear the truth and the lies. We are not to be judged by our size. What are we?
Time for a moment to reflect, I think.
