Friday Reflections 3001

Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…

Today’s read is about 6-8 minutes. Post-read pondering not included. Sigh… I like this article. I dislike absolutes in titles as a form of clickbait. I get it, I just don’t like it. Looking beyond the title, I think the author has a good message. I believe some people may still be sitting against a wall for safety, or chivalry, or the reason the author proposes. I DO like how we are encouraged to pay attention to our feelings, and to notice what quiets our minds. Personally, I like lists. Trusted lists. If something is captured and I know I won’t lose it, I can quiet my mind wonderfully. What do you do?

Last week’s riddle question and answer; I have buttons, but I am not clothing. What am I? Yes, well done to many. It was an elevator.

This week’s riddle is;  I am a chain with many links, but I am not made of metal. What am I?

Did you know? Should you ever want to look back on old versions of these, you can find them here https://www.illuminategroup.com.au/blog

Time for a moment to reflect, I think.
