Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…
Today’s read is about 5-7 minutes. Post-read pondering not included. Meaningful relationships are one of the best measures of true happiness, real fulfilment. It takes effort, of course, and a lot of the skills we associate with EI – relatedness, empathy, social awareness, self-regulation. Fewer, but better relationships is good. More and better relationships is great! Find people who interest you, who challenge you, who make you better when you’re around them. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.
Last week’s riddle question and answer; What is always running but never walks, often murmurs, never talks, has a bed but never sleeps, and has a mouth but never eats? Yes, an easier one – a River
This week’s riddle is; What has a head, no body, and scratches its head to perform an important function?
Time for a moment to reflect, I think.
