Loosely related to R U Ok day and mental health in general, a thoughtful read, I felt. Maybe with some self-awareness we might identify if we are doing this ourselves, or you might recognise the behaviour in someone else. How could we be more supportive, or identify how to not take advantage of the situation as much?

This week’s riddle is; What is that which goes with a carriage, comes with a carriage, is of no use to a carriage, and yet the carriage cannot be without it?
