Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…

Today’s read is about 3-5 minutes. Post read pondering not included. Simple, and a good reminder for all I think. I notice with many people the idea of change is experienced worse than the actual change. These tips may help alleviate the resistance, if only for yourself.
