Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the Christmas break perhaps…

Today’s read is actually a listen, and a longer one – about 28 minutes. Post read pondering not included. It starts a little slow, but some excellent messages in here. I found the link between connection, relationships and their impact on physical and mental health very interesting.
