Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…

Today’s read is about 2-3 minutes. Post read pondering not included. Back to my roots today. A good reminder of some of the basics. #6 is a delicate one. Some people swear by the “use their name” technique, but it can easily overused and then it becomes cringey. Tread with caution.
