Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…

Today’s read is about 6-8 minutes. Post read pondering not included. Many of you know Goleman wrote one of the first books on Emotional Intelligence. This is a simple and clear way to explain empathy, something this is regularly misunderstood and misused.

Last week’s riddle question and answer; I’m so simple I only point, yet I guide people all over the world. What am I? A compass, many people got it. Signpost worked for me as well.

This week’s riddle is; Jack & Jill just bought a new house, and went to the hardware store to buy some items. How much for one? Jack asked the serviceperson. $2.00 came the reply. How about 20? asked Jill. $4.00, they were told. In that case, said Jack, we will take 201! What were they buying and how much did it cost them?
