As we might still be in the ‘fresh perspective” frame the new year brings, perhaps your considering your work relationships and whether to look elsewhere. Another alternative is to stay where you are, and address the things/people that may cause you discomfort. After all, if you’re doing what you love and it’s the people you are uncomfortable with, why should you leave? How many of these jerks have you worked with?
