Early Friday Reflections 0204

Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…

Today’s read is about 5-7 minutes. Post-read pondering not included. Even pop culture can illustrate traits that make us more emotionally intelligent. I have yet to see the movie (I want to) but I have read the book. Needing to always be right is something elevated from binary thinking. There may be better or worse answers, but rarely in life is anything a simple choice between two: good and bad, right and wrong. Pfft. Life is much messier and more about collaboration and compromise. It takes a more emotionally intelligent person to put aside their ego and do what is best for the group.
